REMINDER FOR CARD PAYMENTS: As noted on your invoice and in the bidder terms, 3% will be added to your total if paying by card. This will be added to your total when our office processes your payment. This charge reflects only part of the charge we incur by processing card payments. Remember that you may also pay by check or bank-wire if you prefer.
SHIPPING ADDRESS: During check-out, you will enter your billing address along with your card information. If there is a discrepancy between your billing address and the address on your bidder registration, we will ship to your billing address unless otherwise instructed.
SHIPPING DATES: Your items will be shipped typically within 2 to 3 days (or less) after your payment is processed.
Shipping to North and South America is via UPS Ground, and you will receive tracking information via email once the item(s) is shipped.
If you are located outside of North and South America: If your purchase is over $500, then the quote you see on your invoice will typically be for UPS Standard which is fully traceable and fully insurable, but it is also more expensive. If your purchase is less than $500, then the shipping quote you receive is typically for postal mail which is not fully traceable and may not be fully insurable, but it is the most economical.
