NOTE:  If you are planning to bid online, then please open the online catalogue and register there by clicking on any of the registration links within the catalogue.  The form below is only for those not bidding via the online platform.

To register, simply read the bidder contract, fill out the form below, and click "Submit." 

Once we receive the below form, we will notify you by email of your registration status and issue your bidder number.
